Since October 2019, Ms. Tachibana has been involved in CSR and branding at Zurich Life as an Internal Communications. She is responsible for in-country communication strategies for global campaigns, drawing on her experience in various fields across industries, including the Embassy of Japan in Kuwait, UWC ISAK (Japan's first international boarding school), and the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation. Recently, she was involved in a sponsorship agreement with Takuya Haneda, a member of the Japanese national canoe team, and is working with Mr. Haneda to communicate a variety of initiatives including brand awareness, SDGs, and mental health.

2019年10月より、チューリッヒ生命で社内広報担当としてCSRやブランディングに携わる。在クウェート日本大使館、UWC ISAK（日本初の全寮制インターナショナルスクール）、日欧産業協力センターなど業種を問わずさまざまな分野で培った経験を活かし、グローバルキャンペーンの国内コミュニケーション戦略などを担当。最近ではカヌー日本代表の羽根田卓也選手とのスポンサー契約に携わり、ブランドイメージの構築、SDGs、メンタルヘルスなどさまざまな取り組みを羽根田選手とともに発信している。
