Leader of the strategy unit at Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting LLC. He is also the leader of the healthcare strategy area at Monitor Deloitte (Deloitte's strategy consulting team). Based on his experience in the healthcare business in Japan, the U.S., and Denmark, he provides a wide range of consulting services to governments, private companies, and others in Japan and globally, including strategic planning and new business creation based on both solving social issues and creating business opportunities in the area of health. He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a co-author of "Healthcare Innovation Strategies to Create the Future" (First Press, 2022), a panelist at the Nikkei "2nd International Conference on Solving the Problems of a Super-aging Society," and author and speaker at many other conferences. He is a part-time MBA lecturer at Ritsumeikan University and a former part-time medical MBA lecturer at University of Hyogo.

デロイト トーマツ コンサルティングにおける戦略領域のリーダー。モニターデロイト（デロイトの戦略コンサルティングチーム）におけるヘルスケアストラテジー領域をリーダーしている。日本、米国、欧州デンマークそれぞれにおけるヘルスケアビジネスでの経験等をもとに、グローバルおよび国内における、健康に関する社会課題としての解決とビジネスとしての機会構築の双方を踏まえた戦略立案・新規事業創出等に関するコンサルティングを、政府、民間企業などに幅広く提供。米カリフォルニア大学バークレー校経営学修士・公衆衛生学修士。共著『未来を創るヘルスケアイノベーション戦略』（ファーストプレス、2022年）、日経「第2回超高齢化社会の課題を解決するための国際会議」パネリスト他執筆講演等多数。立命館大学MBA非常勤講師、元兵庫県立大学医療MBA非常勤講師。
